SUCCESS STORY
 Veronica Davis has
been living at SEASHA’s Capricorn Apartments for seven years. She has no plans of leaving any time soon.
Before she moved in, she and her two children lived in a rundown, unsafe complex, where she lived in a constant state of anxiety.
SEASHA made Ms. Davis’
transition to her new apartment a pleasure, by installing a new refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and
carpet before she moved in.
“Mr. Woodson
[Capricorn’s former manager], along with the rest of management team has really made this
complex very livable. They really take care of the needs and repairs of each tenant,” said Ms. Davis.
“Mr. Woodson also encourages the tenants to keep the complex nice and clean.”
Ms. Davis doesn’t
worry about her two children’s safety anymore, and the presence of a security patrol at the
complex is a further comfort to her. “My attitude has changed to a positive one since
I found Capricorn.”
