 CAP Services has been a leading organization in the fight against poverty in Wisconsin since its founding in 1966. Headquartered in Stevens Point, CAP Services offers mutltiple programs to help the underserved population become more self-reliant. These programs include job training, special needs housing, and business development just to name a few.
